Would you like to mark the turn of the season? In this evening class we will take a look at the eight holidays of many earth-based religions, the Sabbats and their magical properties. We will focus our attention on the four upcoming holidays—Ostra, Spring Equinox, Beltane, Summer Solstice and Lughnasad. We will discuss candles, stones, incense, craft projects and recipes for each season. Please bring a journal to begin recording your journey.

In the first half of this Playground you will meet and work with your Spirit Guides through a relaxed guided meditation. We all have a spiritual team that is loving, guiding, and supporting us in life. Your Spirit Guides are often loved ones in the non-physical realm, spiritual teachers, Ascended Masters, Angels, and your Higher Self or Soul. Learn how this team communicates with you—and how to assess when the guidance is real and trustworthy.

After a lunch break, you will be guided through the process of exploring one or more past lives. This guided past life journey can reveal “themes” which often provide insights into what we are here to learn in the present—and can help facilitate the release of old patterns and beliefs that no longer serve us. Spiritual attainment does not automatically mean emotional maturity, yet it is a healthy emotional life that connects us to our hearts and to the divine. This workshop, based on the teachings of Adyashanti, will show you how you can use your practice to work with your emotions. You will have the opportunity to explore your own unconditioned essence, and use that as the ground to safely and compassionately hold and examine unresolved issues in your life. In addition to the insights gained during this workshop, you will leave with powerful practices that you can use in any situation that will increase your sense of inner peace.
