Class Feature

Energy Realignment

Third Tuesday of the month
6:15–7:15pm

We realign our energy by bringing our awareness to the challenge, honoring and loving the challenge, then naming our true heart’s desires. We align ourselves to the new, integrating and blessing the old, by doing specific exercises that shift the chemical balance in our brains and cells to a more peaceful and loving vibration. We end class with a meditation leading us home to our heart while I play singing bowls.

Instructor: Beth Hyer LMP. Beth has been a licensed massage practitioner since 2001, specializing in sound, crystal and energy healing. She is also a certified Resonance Repatterning practitioner. She is always learning and growing with the goal of becoming more peaceful and loving and being a transmission of love and kindness.

Cost: $20 or $15 each if two friends come together.
To register, contact Beth Hyer at beth@blossomingdreams.com
Class will be held at Radiance Herbs & Massage.
