Nourish Your Adrenals and Your Life

Our adrenal glands are the
greatest allies we have in the challenge of thriving through whatever life
throws at us. They are the keys to managing stress, restoring our healthy
weight, surviving major life changes and health challenges, and feeling a
balance of playful energy and peaceful relaxation. When push comes to shove,
your adrenals will get you through it, learning how to protect and restore
these glands is essential to living life as your awesome self.
This class is going to cover
adrenal care that has been safely used for thousands of years. You will learn
traditional foods, herbs, and self-care techniques as well as life hacks that
are safe to share with friends and family. Bring a notebook, as there will be a
lot of information to take in!
Instructor: Jessica
O’Malley, LAc. Jessica is a licensed acupuncturist and herbalist with an MSA
from Bastyr University. She is also an Ayurvedic
wellness counselor and holds a certificate in Ayurvedic medicine from Kerala Ayurveda
Academy. She practices
traditional constitutional medicine from Asia
that includes acupuncture, vibrational modalities, bodywork, nutrition,
botanicals, breathing, meditation and exercise. She believes in a simple
family-based medical model that is centered on daily practices of healthy
living and preventative care. Her classes are fun and informative and designed
to help you and your family live better through natural medicine practices that
are simple, safe, and effective.
