Pranayama Breath of Light
Wednesday, November 16
6:30–8pm
Pranayama is the art and
science of controlling one’s breath. Through simple breathing techniques we can
extend the prana, or life force of nature, through ourselves. Pranayama
nourishes the subtle body, opens the channels, and calms the mind and emotions.
It can greatly aid meditation and healing work or just get you through the day.
Breath work is easy and fun to learn and can be practiced anywhere anytime.
Our class will cover the
fundamentals of pranayama theory and include the practice of some basic
pranayams that will take minutes to learn and can be used for a lifetime.
