Menstrual Cup Basics

Have you been thinking about
trying a menstrual cup but are unsure about making the switch? In this 2-hour
class you can learn from two women who have been there! We’ll cover everything
from how to fold and insert a cup, to how to clean it when you’re out and need
to use a public restroom. Menstrual cups can be very comfortable and
liberating. We can answer all your questions and help you decide what’s right
for your body.
Instructors: Alissa Fanning,
LMP and Rachel Lomedico, CLC. Alissa is a massage therapist, accredited La
Leche League Leader, and mother to two children. Rachel is a doula, childbirth
educator, certified lactation consultant, and mother to three children. Both
are passionate about supporting families through birth, breastfeeding, and
beyond.
