This class will be partly informational and partly hands on. Learn to do a simple self massage for beautiful skin and a healthy immune system. Understand the connection between arthritis and the lymph. Some arthritis can be reduced or eliminated with self massage practices in a short amount of time.
Your instructor, Diana Renison, is a lymphatic massage who has been teaching advanced classes to other therapists since 1995.
