It can greatly aid meditation and healing work or just get you through the day.
Breath work is easy and fun to learn and can be practiced anywhere anytime.
Our class will cover the
fundamentals of pranayama theory and include the practice of some basic
pranayams that will take minutes to learn and can be used for a lifetime.

Hear Your Heart, Know Your Path
November Class Feature
Hear Your Heart, Know Your Path
Wednesday, November 9
6:30–8pm
We are all born with the
sacred tool of intuition. We know when we follow our heart, things tend to work
out best for everyone, because when we listen to our heart and use our
intuition we have access to the divine wisdom that helps our soul reach its
full potential. Sound meditation is a supreme way to enjoy a strong and blissful
connection to our heart and its intuitive guidance. This workshop is a gong
bath sound meditation enhanced with vibrational herb extracts and mantra
chanting. We will feel and know the presence of our intuition and appreciate
its use in a more natural ongoing practice.
Instructor: Jessica
O’Malley, LAc. Jessica is a licensed acupuncturist and massage therapist. She
practices traditional Chinese medicine and Ayurvedic medicine. She has been in
love with vibrational medicine since childhood and has been using sound therapy
to enhance her healing practice since 2007. Her first gong bath was in 2010—the
experience was ecstatic and profound; she is excited to share the healing power

Healing Herbs as Daily Foods
October Class Feature
Healing Herbs as Daily Foods
Monday, October 17
6–8pm
Holistic herbal medicine
offers a far different approach to wellness from how we think about medicine in
the mainstream. With traditional plant medicine we do not wait for symptoms to
arise, but instead address our health daily through every choice of what we
drink or eat. The greenworld provides a wealth of both wild and cultivated food
and medicine that we can incorporate into the regular rotation of foods we feed
ourselves and our families. In this class you will be inspired to add some
delicious health-promoting plant medicine as foods for your table—creating nutritious
broths, soups, jam, chai, and more to benefit vitality, digestion, immunity,
proper inflammatory response, and more.
Instructor: Carol Trasatto,
herbalist. Carol has been walking the herbal path for more than 35 years and
brings great respect and appreciation for the intrinsic power of nature to
heal. Carol is the author of Conscious
Caregiving: Plant Medicine, Nutrition, Mindful Practices to Give Ease,
detailing extensive support for caregivers as well as their companions going
through intensive illness, medical treatments, or dying. She is the herb buyer
at Radiance. www.caroltrasatto.com

Water Kefir
Sunday, October 2
11am–12:30pm
Did you know that 70% of
our immune activity takes place in our gut? Therefore, keeping a healthy

help keep our digestive system in a balanced state. Enjoy samples of organic
fruit- and herb-flavored water kefir at the end of the class.
Instructor: Julie
