CHOCOLATE COVERED ALMONDS
The almonds are first roasted and then they're mixed with a caramelized sugar glaze just before the roasting is finished. Later, they tumble the almonds while slowly coating with chocolate. They end with a light dusting of powdered sugar (milk chocolate) or cocoa powder (dark chocolate) to give you the perfect beginning.
