Himalayan Pink Salt

Bath Salt Recipe:
Ingredients:
1
cup Epsom Salts
1
cup Himalyan Pink Salt
15-30
drops Essential Oil
1
tsp Almond Oil (or other carrier oil)
Optional:
1 tsp powdered or fine
herbs
¼ tsp baking soda
Directions:
Mix
salts together in bowl. Separately,
blend essential oils and carrier oil, then add to salts. Mix well.
Blend herbs into mixture, or sprinkle on top.
Use
½ to 1 cup per bath. Makes 2-4 baths.

Body Scrub Recipe:
Makes 5-8 applications
Instructions:
Himalyan Pink Salt: 2 cups
Base
oil (grapeseed, almond, or an oil blend): ¾ cup
Essential
Oils: 30-40 drops of your choice
Directions:
Thoroughly mix together sea salt and base oil. Once blended, add essential oils, taking care
to add slowly, mixing each drop into the salt-oil blend. Once blended, scoop into a glass container
for storage.
You can also
add herbs to the scrub, such as lavender or calendula. Powdered herbs mix best.

Nasal Irrigation for Babies!
As a natural health store with a baby and children's section, we often get mamas, papas, and caregivers in lamenting about the effictiveness of their nasal aspirator. As a mom of a three year old, I remember how tough it was to get all the gunk out of my little guy's nose when he was sick, and how worried I was that he couldn't breathe fully!
